The BP87640 is a high-performance quasi-resonant flybackcontroller that can enable zero no-load consumption inrapid charger applications.The BP87640 communicates with the secondary sidecontroller BP62640 via the magnetic coupler BP818 forsecondary-side regulation. Since the magnetic coupleroperates without bias current, the no-load consumption ofthe system is significantly reduced to less than 5 mW. ltnormally operates in QR and DCM mode with valleyswitching for high efficiency and good EMl performance.
